What you share with us

The business diagnosis form asks for your business type, name, WhatsApp number, email, current website or social profile, main goal and approximate budget. Please do not include passwords, payment card details or sensitive personal information.

How your information is used

Your answers are used to review your business, prepare a recommendation and contact you about your request by WhatsApp or email. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.

Where the form goes

The form is sent through FormSubmit to stevengreyr@gmail.com. FormSubmit and the email provider process the submission. If you choose a WhatsApp contact link, your conversation takes place on WhatsApp. Those providers have their own privacy practices.

Browser storage and external resources

The site can store a language preference in your browser. Fonts may load from Google Fonts. Your browser sends connection information, such as your IP address, when requesting resources from hosting and font providers.

Questions, corrections or deletion requests

Email stevengreyr@gmail.com to ask about your submission, correct it, or request deletion. Include enough information to identify your request. Copies held by external service providers may be subject to their own retention practices.

Security and safe contact

The published site and form submission use HTTPS to protect information in transit. The form is delivered by email; it is not an end-to-end encrypted messaging service. No website or email system can guarantee absolute security.

This website does not ask for card details or account passwords in the diagnosis form. Discuss any account access separately before sharing credentials. If you receive an unexpected request for sensitive information, verify it through the contact email above.
